Kasturi's published starting prices are from RM 8,000 for a huddle room, RM 15,000 to RM 35,000 for a meeting room and RM 30,000 to RM 80,000 for a boardroom, covering hardware and system. Training rooms are quoted after a site survey. The biggest variables are room size, the number of displays, the microphone coverage area and whether the room needs a touch panel. Installation and cabling are quoted line by line after the free site survey, in an itemised proposal you see before you commit.

Both turn a physical room into a one touch meeting space, and the hardware can be the same. Teams Rooms is built into Microsoft 365, and Zoom Rooms runs on Zoom's platform. If your organisation already uses Microsoft 365 and Teams every day, Teams Rooms is the natural choice. Kasturi installs both on certified hardware.

No. Every Kasturi room must pass a one button test before handover, so anyone in the office can start a meeting without calling IT. Touch panels are labelled in plain language, camera presets are set for your room layout and the system boots ready to join. Staff are trained at handover.

A huddle room takes 1 day, a meeting room 1 to 2 days, and a boardroom or training hall 3 to 5 days. Most wiring and mounting can be done after hours or at a weekend to keep disruption low. No room is handed over until it has passed the full system test.

Call one number. Kasturi's support team responds within 4 business hours, and maintenance contracts include scheduled preventive checks. As an authorised partner, Kasturi has direct access to brand level technical support and spare parts. Support is not subcontracted: you deal with the team that installed your system.

Yes. Kasturi is an authorised partner of Logitech, HP Poly, Yealink, Cisco, Jabra, Neat, MAXHUB, Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS, Huddly and Zoom. Authorised status means full local warranty, properly licensed firmware and access to brand level technical escalation. Kasturi does not sell grey market units.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom are the most widely used in Malaysia. Teams suits companies already on Microsoft 365, and Zoom suits businesses with frequent external client calls. Kasturi also installs Google Meet and Cisco Webex rooms, and recommends the platform your team already uses every day.

Yes. Every Kasturi room is designed for hybrid work, so remote participants see and hear clearly whether there are 2 or 20 people in the room. A hybrid room needs a wide angle or tracking camera, a microphone array that covers every seat, and speakers that fill the room without echo. Kasturi sizes all three to your room.

Yes. Kasturi serves clients across Malaysia, including Johor Bahru, Penang, Perak, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak, and sends its own engineers for outstation installations. Outside the Klang Valley the survey usually starts on a video call, with one site visit for final measurements.
