The biggest cost variables are room size, number of displays, microphone coverage area and whether you need a touch panel controller. Kasturi provides free site surveys with itemised quotations so you know exactly what you are paying for before committing. There are no hidden installation or cabling fees.
If your organisation already uses Microsoft 365 and Teams for daily communication, Teams Rooms is the natural choice. If you run Zoom for external client calls or prefer Zoom's interface, Zoom Rooms gives you a dedicated room experience. Kasturi installs and certifies both platforms using the same certified hardware brands.
We design systems with non-technical users in mind. Touch panels are labelled in plain language, camera presets are configured for your room layout and the system boots ready to join. We also provide staff training on handover and offer maintenance contracts so your IT team is not burdened with AV issues.
We schedule installations to minimise disruption to your operations. Most of the wiring and mounting work is done after hours or over a weekend if required. We do not hand over a room until it has passed our full system test and your team has been trained.
As an authorised partner for every brand we carry, Kasturi has direct access to brand-level technical support and spare parts. We do not subcontract support to third parties. You deal with the same team that installed your system, who already know your room configuration and equipment.
Authorised status means your products come with full local warranty, firmware updates are properly licensed and you have access to brand-level technical escalation when needed. We do not sell grey market units. Every product on our price list is genuine stock sourced directly from the official Malaysia distributor or brand principal.
Both platforms are fully supported by Kasturi. We install certified hardware for either ecosystem including Yealink MVC, Logitech Rallybar and Jabra PanaCast systems. The platform choice does not change your hardware budget significantly. We recommend choosing based on what your team already uses daily rather than the platform itself.
Hybrid meeting rooms need three things: a wide-angle or AI-tracking camera, a microphone array covering all seating positions, and a speaker that fills the room without echo. Kasturi sizes and configures all three based on your specific room dimensions and seating layout before quoting.
Kasturi does a free site survey before recommending anything. We measure the room, check ceiling height, assess ambient noise, count seating positions and ask how you actually use the space. The recommendation comes from those specifics, not from a generic catalogue. We carry over 15 authorised brands so we are not limited to one manufacturer.
We have completed projects in every major Malaysian city. For outstation installations we send our own engineers, not subcontractors. Site surveys for locations outside Klang Valley are typically done via video call first, with one on-site visit for final measurements and installation. Support after installation is handled remotely for routine issues and on-site for hardware faults.
